## What TradeMofo is

TradeMofo, or just Mofo, is a Telegram bot that copies trades from the FOMO app. You choose traders from the FOMO leaderboard, and whenever one of them buys a coin, Mofo buys it for you too. It sells when the trader sells, or earlier if the coin hits the profit or loss limit you set. It runs 24/7.

1. Pick a trader: Choose wallets to follow from the FOMO leaderboard.
2. They trade: Mofo watches every entry and exit they make.
3. Mofo copies: Your wallet mirrors the trade automatically, 24/7.

## Problems with TradeMofo

### Users report missed trades

A copy bot only works if it actually catches the trades you want to follow. Some TradeMofo users report copied wallets trading while Mofo either executes only part of those trades or doesn't execute them at all.

### Delayed copies can mean worse entries

When a copied trade executes after the original trader, the price may already have moved. On fast-moving coins, even a short delay can materially change the entry price and potential return.

### Limited copy-trading controls

Compared with more advanced copy-trading tools, TradeMofo appears to offer fewer controls around how trades are copied and managed. Its docs don't describe a way to:

- Catch up on a copy it missed
- Screen out thin or brand-new coins
- Hold your position when you're down
- Backtest a trader before you risk money

### Some features are still marked “Coming soon”

Some actions in the bot are still shown as “Coming soon”, while other functionality is handled through chat commands and button menus.

### Separate balances and network gas

TradeMofo uses separate balances across its supported chains, and users may need the native gas token for each network. Its documentation indicates gas sponsorship is not yet available.
